The pattern: outcomes track investment

Most agencies show only their wins. The problem is that if you only see winners, you can't tell whether the method works or whether they simply picked the right clients. So the engagements that stayed flat are listed here too — same team, same method, different levels of investment.

Amgen Aluminium Windows (Hong Kong — named with approval)first-partyDemand for window work is seasonal and July is a traditional peak, so that portion isn't ours alone.Ongoing SEO / AEO / GEOMar → Jul 202672 → 2,021≈28×
A Hong Kong children's party venuefirst-partyAverage position moved from 7.3 to 12.7 over the same window — expected when coverage widens across many more queries, but worth stating. Summer is also peak season for this category.Ongoing SEO / AEO / GEOMay → Aug 202628 → 528≈19×
A Hong Kong PR and marketing firmfirst-partyAverage position improved from 25.1 to 20.6 over the same period. B2B query volumes are lower by nature, so absolute numbers shouldn't be compared with consumer sectors.Ongoing SEO / AEO / GEOSep 2025 → Aug 2026 (12 months)15 → 267≈17.8×
A Hong Kong piano schoolfirst-partyOnly a two-month window, so the sample period is short; enrolment also peaks around the summer break.Ongoing SEO / AEO / GEOJun → Aug 202617 → 196≈11.5×
A medical aesthetic clinic (Toronto)A previous provider's redesign left old URLs unhandled with no 301s, and moved languages into subdirectories without fixing hreflang; traffic fell noticeably from late 2025. We took over in May 2026, clearing 404s and redirects first, repairing internal links, resolving keyword overlap, then running content-gap analysis. Traffic is recovering but the recovery is ongoing — we won't call it complete. The baseline is the damaged state, not the pre-redesign peak, and the data is client-supplied.Migration recovery + ongoing SEOTook over May 2026; recovery from JuneRecovering
A medical aesthetic clinic (Toronto — attack incident)The site was hit by a DDoS attack that overloaded the server and left pages unreachable. What actually cost the organic traffic was the blanket blocking put up to stop it — it shut out search-engine crawlers too, so the site could no longer be crawled or indexed. We replaced it with rules targeting the attack sources and the pages being hit, reopened legitimate traffic and crawlers, then ran a full crawl to confirm indexing had recovered. Data is client-supplied; this case evidences technical handling, not content performance.Incident recoveryIncident July 2026; stabilised the same monthRestored
A flooring installation companyfirst-partyRan a few months of SEO at the start, then moved to basic maintenance. Traffic held steady without meaningful growth — which is precisely the difference between maintaining and growing.Basic maintenance onlySep 2025 → Aug 2026 (12 months)3,221Broadly flat
An acupuncture / TCM clinicWe built the site but ran no ongoing SEO. The site works, and traffic did not meaningfully rise across twelve months.Build only, no ongoing SEOSep 2025 → Aug 2026 (12 months)742Broadly flat

Entries marked “first-party” were exported by RanKKing directly from Search Console properties we have access to; the rest are client-supplied Search Console data. Client names are withheld except where approved, with only the industry described.

Same team, same method — the difference in outcome comes mostly from how much was invested and for how long. It's also why we won't claim the entry plan produces the same growth: three or four priority items a month and eight items with a content engine are genuinely different things. Search results compound over time, and nobody can guarantee rankings.

About our work — FAQ

Are these real clients?
Yes. The cases page shows real client work only. Medical and aesthetic cases have their own pages; other industries appear as compact cards linking straight to the live site.
Is the performance data in the cases real?
Any figures shown (e.g. Google Search Console impressions, clicks, and traffic) are real, client-approved data presented as past performance. Search results depend on many factors, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Can I see more medical cases?
Some medical clients are kept private for confidentiality. Book a free consultation and we can share relevant experience and references where we have the appropriate permission.
Do you guarantee rankings or a number of enquiries?
No. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiry volume, or AI citations. We focus on building a sustainable, compliant system and reporting progress transparently.
